RETURNS
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange of store credit.
ALL ITEMS MARKED 'SALE' or 'FINAL SALE' ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS!

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Any merchandise marked 'SALE' or 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Unfortunately, you will not receive credit if items are defected and/or not in original condition + a shipping fee will be charged to your account in order to ship the item(s) back to you.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return.
- Include your Order Number (included in your original order confirmation email and printed invoice) and Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, defective item, etc.)
- Studio A does not offer free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s).
REFUNDS:
- Please allow 3-4 business days for us to receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via email. This store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shopstudioa.com.
